Our products are developed to be gentle on all skin types. As everyone's skin is different and sensitivity is based on various factors, we recommend you consult with your doctor or skincare professional should you have any specific concerns.

What products are unsafe for me to use while I am pregnant or nursing?  

As a good safety measure, we always recommend you consult with your doctor or skincare professional should you have any specific concerns.

Do you offer samples?  

At this time, we do not have samples readily available. We will announce the introduction of samples as we evolve. Please follow our Instagram (@superegg) or sign up for our mailing list for information about future sample giveaways.

What is the shelf life of your products?  

Our products have a shelf life of 12 months when opened, and 24 months when unopened.

Is your product packaging recyclable?  

Superegg packaging materials are mostly or all recyclable. Our boxes are made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper, which has been sourced in an environmentally-friendly and socially responsible manner. We are devoted to developing sustainable packaging options that further reduce our environmental footprint.

Where are your products made?  

Superegg products are developed in New York and manufactured in South Korea. This allows us access to the highest-quality ingredients using one of the most sophisticated technologies.

At Superegg, sustainability has always been at the heart of what we do. For years, we offered a credit return policy when customers sent back empty bottles. While this helped reduce waste, recent consultations with professional recycling experts have provided new insights.

Why We’re Phasing Out the Recycle & Reward Return Policy  

After evaluating our impact on the environment with the help of a certified recycling company, we’ve made the important decision to phase out our empty bottle return credit program. Here’s why:

• Lower Carbon Footprint: Shipping empty bottles back to us increased carbon emissions due to transportation and packaging. Encouraging customers to recycle locally instead will significantly reduce these emissions.

• Empowering You to Recycle: Many local recycling centers are fully equipped to handle beauty product containers. By recycling empty bottles at home, you’re contributing to a more efficient, eco-friendly system that reduces overall waste and transportation impact.

Do you offer free shipping?  

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes). For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $5.90.

Do you ship Internationally?  

We are currently shipping worldwide excluding Japan and Korea. Our focus is on ensuring logistics stability within these regions.


Attention International Shoppers:

Please be aware that duties and taxes are not included and may be applied at customs for orders outside the United States. These fees are your responsibility. We advise you to familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations before placing your order. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for issues related to customs duties or taxes.


Delivery Time (International)

Please be aware that shipping speed depends on the service provided by the international carrier and customs processes in your country. While options like 'Expedited' or 'Next Day' shipping are available, it's important to note that these terms refer to the transit time between countries, not door-to-door delivery service.

When will my order ship?  

Our team works as quickly as possible to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking code and link to be activated.

Where will my order ship from and how long will it take to arrive?  

With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed. Once processed, parcels are shipped from New York / New Jersey by the United States Postal Service or Fedex. It typically takes 3-9 business days to arrive.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our hands.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?  

We work hard to help you get your orders processed as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted, your order is shipped, which leaves out time for changes to be made. Upon checkout, please confirm your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

There may be time to cancel your order. Please email us at care@superegg.nyc as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” with your full name and order number. If we can process the cancellation prior to shipment, we will try to accommodate, otherwise please wait for the receipt of your package to begin the return process.

Returns

What is your return policy?  

We hope that the love and care we put towards our products come through, but we understand that some things do not work out. We are happy to accept return products within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Please contact us at care@superegg.nyc with your order number to start the return process. Our customer service team will provide return instructions within 3 business days of your request. If the unopened item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping costs of your original order, which are non-refundable. Unfortunately, Digital gift card is non-refundable and non-returnable. LUMN INC./SUPEREGG is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.

Can I exchange a product?  

The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Help! My package was lost/damaged/stolen in transit!  

We carefully pack every order, but we understand sometimes damage can occur in transit. In the instance your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the mail carrier with a photo of the damage. If the carrier requires supporting documents, do not hesitate to reach out to us at care@superegg.nyc. Lost and stolen packages with a mail carrier's proof of delivery, unfortunately, cannot be recovered. We recommend a wait time of 4 weeks to confirm the package is truly lost.
