STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes). For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $5.90.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As of May 2024, we are currently shipping worldwide excluding Japan and Korea. Our focus is on ensuring logistics stability within these regions.

Please note that while we aim to expand our shipping destinations to more countries in the future, we will do so only when we are confident in providing reliable service.

Attention International Shoppers:
Please be aware that duties and taxes are not included and may be applied at customs for orders outside the United States. These fees are your responsibility. We advise you to familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

 

DELIVERY TIME (USA)

Our team works as quickly as possible to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking code and link to be activated.

With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Once processed, parcels are shipped from New York / New Jersey by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex. It typically takes 3-9 business days to arrive.

Expedited Shipping: Est. 2–3 business days ($11.90)

Next Day Shipping: Est. 1–2 business days ($21.90)

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our hands.

 

Delivery Time (International)

Please be aware that shipping speed depends on the service provided by the international carrier and customs processes in your country. While options like 'Expedited' or 'Next Day' shipping are available, it's important to note that these terms refer to the transit time between countries, not door-to-door delivery service.

 
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

We work hard to help you get your orders processed as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted, your order is shipped, which leaves out time for changes to be made. Upon checkout, please confirm your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

There may be time to cancel your order. Please email us at care@superegg.nyc as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” with your full name and order number. If we can process the cancellation prior to shipment, we will try to accommodate, otherwise please wait for the receipt of your package to begin the return process.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION 

We carefully pack every order, but we understand sometimes damage can occur in transit. In the instance your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the mail carrier with a photo of the damage. If the carrier requires supporting documents, do not hesitate to reach out to us at care@superegg.nyc. Lost and stolen packages with a mail carrier's proof of delivery, unfortunately, cannot be recovered. We recommend a wait time of 4 weeks to confirm the package is truly lost.
